Elder  Hansell was born in the city of Colon, Republic of Panama.  She received Christ into her life at the age of 15.  She obtained a Bachelors Degree in Business in Panama, Panama.  At the age of 22, she married her husband of 28 years, Bishop Carlos Hansell in Colon.  After getting married she migrated to the USA following her husband in his called to ministry.  She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Jeanine Hansell, three years later.

She has used her gifts and talents in various ministries.  She obtained positions such as Pastor’s aide president, choir director, and work with the youth ministry as an advisor, outreach ministry such as substance abuse and feeding the homeless.  She was later ordained an Associate Missionary through the Bibleway Worldwide Ministries in Jersey City, New Jersey.  Along with her husband, she implemented the first ex-substance abuse program with a holistic approach in that local area serving a community in trouble.

Elder Hansell presently works with the National Family Life Ministries of KACWM along with her husband, Bishop Hansell, empowering and strengthening couples and families in the church and community through prayer, counseling and conflict resolution.  In October, 2004, she answered the call to ministry, working along with her husband in his calling to Pastor and Birth, Kingdom Purpose Deliverance Ministries in Berryville, VA.  In October 2005, she was ordained a Deacon in King’s Apostle Church World Ministries and in the following year, she was licensed as an Elder.   Just recently in October 2008, she was ordained as an Elder in our 2nd Diocese Conference.

Presently she works and serves the Loudoun Co. residents who suffer with serious mental illness, mental retardation in group home settings. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Biblical Counseling from North Carolina College of Theology.

 Elder Hansell is saved and filled with the Precious Holy Ghost.  Her favorite scripture is “I Can Do all things through Christ which Strengthen me.” Philippians 4:13
