Bishop  Hansell  was born in the city of Colon, Republic of Panama.  He was saved at the precious age of 15.  In Panama he obtained an accounting degree.  He also has obtained a Bachelor Degree of Theology with a major in Christian Education in May 2003 and a Masters of Theology degree with a major in Divinity from the International Theological Seminary of California in May 2004. In 2008 he received a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling from North Carolina College of Theology.  He is happily married to Elder  Olga Hansell for Twenty-nine years and has cultivated one beautiful daughter, Minister Jeanine Hansell.

After getting married he migrated to the United States and answered a divine calling in the ministry.  He completed his ministerial training during this time and then served as an Assistant Pastor for a period of 2 years in Brooklyn, NY under the supervision of Pastor Cousins.

He later was ordained as an Elder at the Conerstone Church of Christ Bibleway Worldwide in Jersey City, New Jersey.  He worked with the youth ministry for ten years under the leadership of the late Bishop Grady Dale, where many souls was birth and fashioned after Christ.  During his ministerial service there, he worked diligently, with integrity, obedience, and prayerfully with his family in many capacities.  He implemented the first ex-substance abuse program with a holistic approach in that local area, serving a community in trouble.

 Bishop and Elder Hansell presently works with the National Family Life Ministry of King’s Apostle Church World Ministries,Inc. empowering and strengthening couples and families in the church and community through prayer, counseling, and conflict resolution. Bishop  Hansell was installed as an Associate Pastor at Baltimore Temple, now known as Kingdom Life Cathedral in June 2003.  Recently, in October 2004 he heard the call to Pastor.  At that time God birthed within him, Kingdom Purpose Deliverance Ministries, where the people are “Delivered for Greater Living and Destined for Greater Purpose.”  He has a love and passion for souls. In July 2005, Bishop  Hansell was appointed a Presiding Elder over Central and South America. God has elevated this man to higher heights and deeper depths. On July 21st, 2006 he was consecrated a Bishop over Central and South America, which currently consists of 5 churches.

Recently, he left his job where he worked and served the Loudoun County, VA residents who suffer with serious mental illness, mental retardation, and substance abuse in group home and apartment settings, meeting the needs of people who suffer with serious mental health issues to be able to work full-time in ministry.  He praises God because this career has catapulted him to this precious calling to pastor God’s people.  Look at God.
